Cancellations can be made prior to shipment, you are subject to a 5% transaction fee. This will be taken off the total refunded amount. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee and any other resource
Orders will be dispatched depending on your delivery method which you can see in the final payment screen. For pre-orders and back-orders, there will be an estimated dispatch time in the item description.
