Return And Refund Policy

We will accept returns for any items you may be unhappy with, however they must be in adequate condition e.g. no tears in the seal, no external damage (dents/bends). You will be charged a 5% fee which covers the transaction fee we pay every time a payment is made, this fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

 

Once we receive the item and check it to make sure its not been altered or tampered with we will send the refund. To be eligible for this policy you must request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product, you then have another 14 days to send it back to us. If the fault is on us we will cover the return charge, if however you decide the item isn't for you or you just don't want it anymore we cannot cover that return cost.

 

Cancellations follow a similar route, for any items you may have purchased. If you contact us about a cancellation before your order has been shipped then a refund will be initiated. You will be charged a 5% fee which covers the transaction fee we pay every time a payment is made, this fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Your order will be cancelled without any action from you. If however, we have shipped your item and you then request a refund, you will have to return the item to us before we can refund you.

Cancellations on pre order items are not accepted so please be sure to read all details about cancellations and refunds so you understand this well when you are buying.
